It was nice to see Little Richard get some recognition above the usual suspects and being treated with admiration and not reduced to a cartoon. On another note I was watching tv with my wife the other day (she knows nothing about music) and the Little Richard Geico ad came up and she reacted with a " Who's that strange freaky guy!"...This is 2008...I can only imagine the shock he caused back in the 50's....
